Standard Shipping

Customs Duties

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, tacvasen cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Receiving Time

For in-stock products: your receiving time will contain 1-2 days of order processing time plus the shipping time.

For pre-order products: Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product’s description page. Your receiving time will be calculated by adding the shipping time to the estimated shipping date.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays peak season, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Shipping Notice

①Since the products on the website may be distributed in different warehouses, there will be multiple shipping methods.

②TACVASEN is not responsible for the packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.

③The customer is liable for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address.

④Kindly notice that If the customers temporarily change their address during the delivery process, the cost of changing the address will be paid by the customers

Return Policy

NOTE: Please email service@tacvasen.com with your order number and return request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return.

How To Return

Step 1: To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via service@tacvasen.com our service team will get back to you (Monday To Friday From 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m.)

Step 2: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return request.

Step 3: After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product refund after we get your returning parcel.

We accept 180 days unconditional return. Return can be made within 180 days from the date you've received your items.

If you receive a damaged package (with damaged products inside), please send photos of the damaged package, the shipping label on the package, and the damaged product to the after-sales email within 7 days. Claims beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible, please make sure that.

1. The product is in its original packaging
2. The product isn't used or damaged
3. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that Tacvasen is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@tacvasen.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

Important:

Remember to leave a message on the package: "Do Not Deliver on the weekend".
*Please write down the exact address then send the carrier information and the express checking number to us, if not, cannot be returned.

Exchange

Order Cancellation

After placing the order, the processing time for the order is 1 to 2 days. As long as the cancellation of the order is initiated before the shipment time, the order can be cancelled.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@tacvasen.com once you decide to cancel the order.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@tacvasen.com.
